Any sole proprietor or partnership or limited partnership or limited liability company who are conducting their business with the other name rather than the name registered with the Office of the Secretary of State should register DBA. Register a trade name DBA
Fill the Business License Application online and pay the requisite fees either through E-check or a MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa card or debit card. The credit or Debit card option is provided by a private or non state vendor that would an additional fee for the service. The requisite registration fee is 5 dollar per name.
- Fill the Business License Application and send it along with the fees to the Department of Revenue. Fees can be paid via check or money order.
- The form can also be submitted by a person to Business Licenses office.
Registration of a trade name is indefinite till the owner requests it to be cancelled. For cancellation, a request can be sent to Business licensing Service.
